Painted Windows I am increasingly drawn to painting my fabric. I am experimenting with painting with textile pigments mixed with a gel medium, thickening dyes with algae, and block and mono printing. This gets me closer to the emotional response to the color and makes the experience I am trying to convey more immediate. Interestingly enough, painting has also increased my interest in landscape. |
